SMG provides ongoing event booking, marketing and food & beverage services for all facility rental uses at The Meadow Event Park. These include consumer and trade shows, corporate meetings, weddings, equestrian events, as well as a variety of other year round public, private, indoor and outdoor functions.

About the Facility

An $81 million project at The Meadow Event Park features redevelopment of existing structures as well as construction of new facilities. New facilities include Farm Bureau Center (63,354 sq. ft. exhibition hall), The Meadow Pavilion (6,984 sq. ft. multi-purpose facility), Union Bank & Trust Hall (high-end executive conference center as well as picturesque location for fine Virginia weddings), Southern States Legend Stable (143 stalls serving the equine complex), and four equine show rings. In addition, there are hundreds of acres of useable outdoor space (with infrastructure) that can meet a variety of event needs. Available for facility rental starting in the fall of 2009. Union Bank & Trust Hall is anticipated to be available July, 2010.
