About the Facility
An $81 million project at The Meadow Event Park features redevelopment of existing structures as well as construction of new facilities. New facilities include Farm Bureau Center (63,354 sq ft exhibition hall), The Meadow Pavilion (6,984 sq ft multi-purpose facility), Union First Market Bank Hall (high-end executive conference center as well as picturesque location for fine Virginia weddings), The Rouse Horse Complex featuring the Southern States Legend Stable (143 stalls serving the equine complex) and four equine show rings. In addition, there are hundreds of acres of useable outdoor space (with infrastructure) that can meet a variety of event needs.
